For most, their exposure to surf rock is limited to the opening credits of Pulp Fiction and reruns of Hawaii Five-O. It's a type of music that never really endured. Perhaps, like any other genre of music, you're either diggin' or you ain't. Danny Morris and his band have been playing a rhythmic blend of surf and blues for over six years. Morris has his feet firmly planted in both old school blues and surf rock, and manages to weave both styles into a wave all his own.
